Charlecote Park

Charlecote Park has been the home of the Lucy family since 1247, with the present house being built in 1550s, but altered and redecorated in the Elizabethan Revival style in the 1830s. It has strong associations with Queen Elizabeth I and Shakespeare. There are kitchens, a laundry, brew house and a collection of carriages. Two bedrooms, a dressing room and the main staircase opened in 2000. There are fallow deer and Jacob sheep in the park. Outdoor activities available throughout the year.
