The River Torridge forms a boundary around the east side of this farm, with the main building dating from circa 1800 and the farmhouse dating back even further. The farm is mainly comprised of grassland, although there is some arable land and the site includes ponds, copses, hay meadow, education access and a wide diversity of flora and fauna.
