Welcome to the Roman Museum where the children can look at (and touch!) artefacts excavated on the farm, later the children can be taken around the museum of local and farming history where they can gain a sense of history happening here, from geological times to the present day whilst exploring a medieval guildhall and large 18th Century Corn Barn. This can be followed by a time tunnel walk of about 500m to the site of the Roman Village (now a crop field).
