Old Cleeve Orchard

This is a traditional cider apple orchard, which is run by a committee on behalf of the community. There are about 100 trees and some culinary apples, which are shared out by residents. The site has been an orchard for hundreds of years. The community now lease this site from the Crown Estate and use it as a place for rest and recreation. It is grazed by a flock of very friendly sheep.
