Leaconfield Farm

Leaconfield Farm

The river, water meadows, marsh and woodland provide varied habitats rich in flora and fauna. The meadows are grazed by the Sussex cattle breed, developed originally on this estate. The site, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, also contains a 200 year old farmstead and redundant stone lock - part of an old canal system.
