Tamarisk Farm

A large variety of habitats can be seen at Tamarisk Farm, which support diverse flora including many native orchids and fauna such as dragonflies, grass snakes, adders, dormice, newts and many birds. There are historic buildings and features such as lime kilns and a mill pond. The farm is registered organic and includes cattle, sheep, arable and conservation. We mill and sell our own flour, and have skins and undyed knitting wool from our own 5 breeds of sheep in a variety of natural colours.
