The agricultural industry is experiencing a technological revolution as modern food production requires less and less human intervention. This series of activities explores how farming has evolved throughout time and introduces the future opportunities that exist to enable food production and countryside management to become even more efficient.

In the future crops will no longer need to be grown in sunlight, fruit will not need to be picked by hand, and chemicals will not be used to kill weeds. As technology enables food production to become more streamlined, bigger is no longer always better!!
