Beauchamp Grange Farm is a mixed enterprise of beef, sheep and arable. The Stanbridges run around 80 Charolais and Limousin Suckler cows. They also have 950 sheep. These are lambed between February and March. It is extremely interesting especially for the smaller children to come and see the young lambs and to help feed them. The arable rotation is winter wheat / oilseed rape and winter oats. The wheat is grown for such products such as Weetabix and digestive biscuits. The oilseed rape is crushed for cooking oil and the winter oats go into breakfast cereals.
