Bradstone Manor Farm

A 400 acre mixed farm with 15 acres of deciduous woodland with many important features, set on the edge of the Tamar Valley 5 miles south east of Launceston. Farm and listed traditional buildings being currently renovated, including "roundhouse", grade 1 gatehouse (SAM) and obelisk (SAM). Views of Bodmin and Dartmoor from escarpment above ancient woodlands which feature mature broadleaf trees with spectacular covering of bluebells and early purple orchid (May) and primroses (April). Areas of wetland with 3 streams/springs, etc. Bradstone Manor gatehouse, "The Bradstone" and the parish church are featured in many publications. The manor is listed in the Domesday Book.
