We are a mixed farm of 650 acres stocking cows with calves and sheep with lambs. We have local historic interest, being located next to the roman wall and a scheduled 12th century moated site. The farm does a lot for conservation with 80 acres of woodland and has grass margins around the arable fields to encourage wildlife. On the arable side of the business we grow wheat, barley, rape, linseed and beans. We therefore have modern and fairly large machinery to help explain how the fields are maintained and looked after.
