Beal Farm ''The Barn at Beal''

Beal Farm is a 396 hectare arable farm growing cereals, peas and beans. The farm falls entirely within the North Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and parts are within the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve. The farm is in an environmental stewardship scheme and delivers significant environmental benefits including hedgerow management, the creation of grass margins and field corners to create wildlife habitats and various habitat improvements to encourage farm birds, wildfowl and waders. Beal House is a grade II listed building dating to 1674 and the farm steading is an impressive group of mid 18th and 19th century farm buildings.
