Church House farm is an attractive mixed arable and beef farm situated near Aldham.
The arable business is mainly winter sown with wheat, beans and rape.
The farm is stocked with Aberdeen Angus cattle which are grazed in the meadows south of the Roman River and in the orchard. The mixed farming method provides a range of habitats across the farm.
The farm retains many of the original field boundaries, most probably medieval or earlier in date, lined with mature hedgerows and numerous ancient trees.
The holding contains important below ground archaeological remains including the site of a medieval church.
