Broomhills Farm

Broomhills Farm

Broomhills Farm is a working diary farm in North Cumbria (just 10 minutes from J44 M6). Here you can discover how milk is produced, meet the farm animals and begin to understand the role of the farmer who looks after the farm. There are also further opportunities to visit our forest school and get back to nature. Forest activities include den making, camp fire and nature trail in a beautiful private woodland overlooking the river Lyne. Catherine Armstrong (Qualified primary teacher & forest school leader) organises & delivers all sessions at the farm and forest. A unique opportunity for young people to learn side by side with nature in the countryside. Creating learning experiences that they will remember for ever.
