Farmer Gow's

Farmer Gow's is 'hands on' with farm animals - sheep, goats, pigs, cattle, chickens, ducks geese and turkeys. The farm specialises in school and group trips. Excellent new washroom facilities, built specifically to support visiting school trips. The farm is an easy coach, minibus or car drive. Located on the B4508, just 2 miles from the A420 (Oxford-Swindon) near Faringdon. We provide each group/class with a programme including all our 'hands on' workshops. Led by experienced farm staff, children learn how to handle and feed young farm animals in an interactive learning environment. 4 workshops including ~ Meet the Animals (bottle & hand fed lambs and goat kids, wriggly piglets and cattle), Meet the Fowl (see our ducks, geese, turkeys and chickens, enjoy collecting freshly laid eggs), Meet the Chicks (handle tiny chicks, ducklings, goslings &/or turkey poults) and a trailer ride around the farm (see our larger farm animals and feed the pigs in the woodland). Mobile Farm service also available, if you would like Farmer Gow's to visit your school/establishment.
