Our partner LEAF have recently refreshed their LEAF Demonstration Schools framework which offers primary and secondary schools a practical, flexible way to give pupils meaningful, real-world experiences of food, farming and sustainability.

Building on what schools are already doing, the framework provides a clear pathway to develop their work - from a simple Pledge through to Bronze, Silver and Gold.

At its heart is experiential learning, connecting pupils with farmers, food production, nature and where their food comes from.

Developed with 35 schools, teachers and farmers, the refreshed framework is accessible, manageable and relevant.
