While efficiently producing wholesome food, a philosophy called Integrated Farm Management (IFM), is used to take great care of the natural environment. IFM seeks to harmonise nature and the science of food production, ensuring pollution is minimised, the landscape is enhanced and wildlife habitats that produce bio-diversity are encouraged.
A 750 acre arable and fruit farm lying on the edge of the Wye Valley. A full IFM approach is adopted using the best of modern technology and traditional methods, including the use of natural insect predators. A major feature of the farm are the extensive wildlife habitats which include five reservoirs, providing valuable insect habitats through the orchards.
