Loosedon Barton is a 200-acre, family farm with an additional 130 acres of rented land. The farm is situated 2 miles west of Winkleigh Village in mid-Devon on an open hilltop with views to both Dartmoor and Exmoor. Loosedon is an extremely old settlement which is listed in the Domesday Book. There is some mature woodland, an ancient orchard site which is being replanted and 2 ponds. At present the enterprises on the farm are growing arable crops and sheep rearing.
