Springfield Farm nestles in the heart of the North Downs. The soil is predominantly chalk and clay. The land is farmed as arable with cereals, mainly wheat and barley, while the remaining land is under pastoral management. With the primary arable operations of cultivation under contract, the farm is involved in running sheep and the holiday cottages.
