Fairchilds Lodge

We are a 250 Ha mixed farm.60% arable and 40% pasture.

We have breeding sheep and fatten beef cattle. We grow wheat, beans, rape and barley. We are situated in the beautiful Welland Valley in the county of Rutland. We have historic landscapes (ridge and furrow) and a community woodland.

We are also in the Countryside Stewardship scheme and the Entry Level Scheme, both of which have resulted in greater bio-diversity over the whole farm.
