This is a 300-acre gravel and loam-grazing farm with permanent pasture and leys. This is its seventh stewardship year. Entry level pilot area. There are no farm buildings and the farm is used as summer grazing satellite farm of the larger 800-acre home farm. The farm has fishing and woodland areas.
