Hall Farm is a typical Lincolnshire Wold farm. It has 1400 acres of prime arable land growing combinable crops (malting barley, wheat, beans and peas) and sugar beet. It has an area of grassland utilised by cattle and sheep. The farm also has an outdoor pig unit producing both breeding pigs and bacon pigs. The estate lies within a ring fence and centred around the village of Cuxwold. There is a Norman Church with Saxon Tower in the village.
