Brownbread Horse Rescue Centre has been in operation for 43 years. The site comprises mainly of hedges, scrub and mature oaks. Water features include a small stream that runs most of the year, three ponds, and a windmill and pool. It has one of the highest numbers of flora & fauna species for any Wealden meadow farm

Camping available and venue available for corporate or private hire. Off road parking for 100 cars/vehicles. Facilities for up to 1,000 visitors as happens on Open Days. Next Open Day Sunday 15th May 2016

On the Open Day £3 entry per adult and children under 10 free. Stalls £8. Fow camping see www.campingbrownbread.com For school / class visit with talk, powerpoint presentation ring 01424 892381 for info. We have croquet, badmington, indoor pool, bowls, tea & cakes on the lawn, bouncy castle, trampoline, guided tour of the farm with about 40 rescued horses on site in 60 acres. Ideal for Biological studies and resident biologist could produce an appropriate worksheet.
