White House Farm is a delightful and historic farm surrounded by ancient grassland meadows in a beautiful part of west Norfolk. Traditional management over the last 300 years has created a wonderfully diverse range of grasses, herbs, flowers and associated insects, mammals and birds. Now managed in the old ways, with a breeding flock of 400 ewes, the annual cycle of lambing, grazing, shearing and hay making, together with the seasonal changes in flora and fauna, provide points of interest for groups of any age. Special activities include wildlife and farm treasure trails, plant identification competitions and soil fertility displays.
