Seven Sisters is a working, downland sheep farm where members of the public can watch lambing of 47 different types of British sheep, now the largest collection of sheep breeds in the world. Visits arranged for any age. In the summer there are daily sheep shearing and wool handling displays and 'hands-on' working with wool. Watch 50 sheep being milked (with commentary). Yoghurt and cheese making, plus pigs, horses, goats, calves, chickens, ducks, rabbits etc. Tractor and trailer rides are available, as well as a tearoom and shop. School visits tailored to meet specific curriculum objectives with trained teachers on site.
