A mosaic of glorious heathland and pine forest is laced with waymarked trails and picnic spots, together with a visitor centre, and play equipment. Avon Heath Country Park consists of 580 acres of heathland and pine woodland which is divided into 3 main areas, the North Park, South Park and Matchams View. Each of these 3 areas has a car park, picnic site and waymarked walks. The visitor centre is an ideal starting point, situated in North Park and signposted from the A31. Unusual displays and countryside shop.
