Holt Hall Field Study Centre

Close to the North Norfolk coast and the educational resources of the north Norfolk area, Holt Hall is set in 35 hectares of gardens, ancient woods and lakes. Built in 1846, Holt Hall was a family country house, Norfolk County Council bought the house in 1948 and it was used as a school until 1972. Since 1973 it has been providing high quality residential courses in ecology, geography and environmental studies.
