A purpose built sailing centre situated in the heart of Southampton's historic waterfront area adjacent to Ocean Village Marina. The centre operates on the lower reaches of the River Itchen and Southampton Water offering water sports and outdoor activities to the local community in general.

A major provision by the centre is an educational programme of activities for schools and colleges. This includes courses across the curriculum enabling schools to offer an enriched programme for various Key Stages, personal and social development courses, enhanced citizenship curriculum and skills and coaching opportunities.
