The Deep blends stunning marine life with the latest interactives and is home to 40 magnificent sharks and over 3,500 fish.   The Deep is an educational and environmental charity presenting a wide range of exciting and innovative learning opportunities for both schools and colleges. We have won numerous awards including UK's Best Aquarium and Best Family Attraction. Our education programme has been graded as excellent by the Department of Education.   The learning programme is delivered year round to groups from pre-school to post sixteen and beyond. Over the last year a record breaking 30,000 students have taken part in workshops and presentations at The Deep’s Learning Centre.
