We are a sheep farm with a wide range of grassland and forage crops from new clover and lucerne leys through to very low input traditional parkland. Our emphasis is on growing as much winter feed on farm to minimise bought in inputs to control costs and traceability to complement our on farm butchery. This is where we process and retail direct to the consumer as much of our lamb as possible. Whilst maximising production for the sheep flock we try very hard to farm in conjunction with the environment preserving a diverse range of natural habitats.
