Treraven Farm

The farm is located in the upper Camel Estuary and provides access to woodlands and tidal floodplain meadows. The oak and ash woodland was extended by planting in 2000. The floodplain area has historically been salt marsh and since 1890 there were embankments erected around the fields as part of land gain for agriculture. Inter tidal habitat has been restored on the farm when in 2007 tidal water was allowed to enter the meadows.
