This mixed farm, within the rolling landscape north of Hook Norton has a variety of attractions. Species rich grass land, woodland, scrub, and wet grassland habitats can be found along the River Stour valley. Birds, badgers and a diversity of other wildlife can be found here. Along with the arable farming free range turkeys, pigs, cattle, sheep and chickens can be seen. A recently planted apple orchard is an added interest next to Lea Farm. A public footpath crosses the land with a permissive path running alongside the river.
