A mixed grass and arable farm with river valley habitat and species rich chalk grassland. The source of the River Meon is on the farm. Areas of scrub are being cleared to restore areas of chalk downland. The views from the top of the hill across the South Downs are magnificent and demonstrate the different land uses in the area. There are archaeological remains on the farm demonstrating the long use of this area by man. East Hants AONB (planned South Downs National Park), SINC, SAM, CROW access land.
