This small family farm is run by Bill & Sharon Cragg and their son Daniel. The family has farmed in Allington for about 120 years and has a wealth of anecdotes relating to farming in the area. They keep a flock of 30-40 ewes. Who can resist the sight of young lambs in spring? The farm is entirely grass, very unusual in the area, some of the grass is intensive but part of the farm is traditional hay meadow with an impressive range of flowers. A new pond has been dug and following its development will provide continuing interest.
