Hyde Hall is a family farm that has belonged to the Cannon’s for over 100 years. Ben is the current custodian and he has embraced the change necessary to make the farm a viable business. To this end the farm has taken on additional acres, today farming 1750 acres of arable land. A small herd of cattle graze the grassland that surrounds the farmyard and the meat produced is sold locally via a box scheme. All land is in ELS and HLS with an emphasis put on being a profitable, intensive arable farm whilst protecting and enhancing the natural environment.
