This farm is in the Hundred River Valley. It is a mixed farm with predominantly grazing marsh which supports a wide range of over wintering waders such as Snipe, Lapwing and Curlew and wildfowl such as Teal and Widgeon. The farm has a herd of around 140 cows and calfs with a small number milked for producing ice-cream. The arable land grows maize for feeding the cattle and this habitat is enhanced through nectar plots, wildflower field margins, a bird seed plot and a fallow area more specifically for breeding Lapwing.
