Since opening in September 1998, the centre has welcomed more than 6,000 visitors a year - mostly children from the Early Years Foundation Stages to KS3 + on class visits. Everything that is done at the Centre has the environment at its core. The Education Team aims to support teachers by providing stimulating and exciting hands-on experiences which will enrich curriculum work in school.
