Sheffield Manor Lodge

Manor Oakes Farm, part of the Sheffield Manor Lodge site, has housed animals throughout its history, from medieval deer park to 1940s farm. We continue this tradition keeping our working horse, Big Lad as well as donkeys, pigs, chickens, bees and rabbits. We also grow our own produce and are the home of Pictorial Meadows TM, who carefully blend seed from native and non native species to create beautiful wildflower meadows, the perfect home for pollinators. We offer educational visits from early years/KS1 to KS4 covering Growing and Eating Seasonably, Bees and Pollinators, Wildflowers, Farm Animals, The History of Farming and Healthy Eating. We also offer customised sessions for children and young people with disabilities or special needs.
