RSPB Old Moor Nature Reserve

RSPB Old Moor Nature Reserve

Take your pupils learning outside of the classroom with an unforgettable visit to RSPB Old Moor nature reserve to discover and investigate the natural world.
Your pupils will become young scientists for the day exploring a range of habitats and learning a variety of skills through hands-on practical science activities to get closer to the Dearne Valley’s fascinating wild creatures.
With meadows full of orchids, wildflowers and butterflies during summer and our wetland home to hundreds of ducks, geese and swans in the winter your school can explore nature all year round.
