Whether you are looking for adventurous activities or environmental education, Nene Outdoors has it all for outdoor learning. We have a number of activities and educational programmes where young people can try new activities, develop new skills and most importantly have fun!
Nene Outdoors is located in Ferry Meadows Park in Peterborough and is the region's favourite place to get outdoors and enjoy nature.
At Nene Outdoors we believe that an opportunity to participate in outdoor educational activities will enhance the learning experience of all children and young people. Visits can also be a reward for your group, class or year group for their hard work.

Forest School Site. Classroom spaces with digital projectors and Wi-Fi. Private campsite with shelter, fire pit, BBQ stand and running water. There is also access to the centre for toilets and shower facilities.
Pricing
Current prices for environmental education visits are £170 for up to 36 children for a full day visit (approximately 10am-2.30pm, although times can be adjusted to suit groups) and £95 for a half day visit for up to 36 children.
Current prices for Outdoor and Adventurous Activities visits are £14 per head.
Current prices for Outreach visits (we can bring a selection of activities to you, including a mobile climbing wall) start at £60 per hour, plus mileage.
Car/coach parking is free to groups on an education visit to the park (either led by a member of our staff or if we are informed you are coming on a self-led visit prior to your visit).
