The Wild Oysters Project: Tyne and Wear

The Wild Oysters Project: Tyne and Wear

Are you and your class interested in the marine life of the North East of England? Would you like both classroom and field-based sessions learning about the European Native Oyster and what we are doing to protect it? Then get in contact with us and learn more about our fantastic coastline and the role that such a small animal will play in its protection and ultimate restoration!
We offer a classroom-based lesson utilising interactive learning and a child-based approach along with a field-trip to Sunderland Marina to see our oysters in action.
