Wellbeing Activity Pack

Support mental health and connection through outdoor learning!
Our Outdoor Wellbeing Activity Pack offers 25 engaging, easy-to-implement activities designed to help children reconnect with themselves, each other, and their environment. These activities have proven valuable year-round, providing a calm and inclusive space for wellbeing.

Based on the NHS and Mind’s Five Ways to Wellbeing, this pack includes outdoor activities that range from 10 minutes to full-length lessons. Each session is built around themes like Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Learn, and Give, making it easy for teachers to promote well-being across all key stages.
