Three Hagges Wood-Meadow

Three Hagges Wood-Meadow

A 25 acre wood meadow, planting began in 2012, on what was a barley field. A beautiful and diverse habitat, with excellent National Curriculum based teaching materials, including Pollination, Food Chains, Seed Dispersal, Pondlife, and Plant ID. The fenced site is just off the A19 between York and Selby, excellent for transport links. Our unique Bodger's Den, outdoor space, is available for teaching and activities in poor weather. Pre-visits, for teachers, guided and self led visits are available.
