Pathways Care Farm

Pathways Care Farm

We utilise a beautiful 13 acre farm in Lowestoft, Suffolk where we support people living with mental ill-health, learning difficulties and dementia as well as those who are unpaid carers or find themselves lonely and isolated. We grow flowers, fruit and vegetables and look after a number of great animals (goats, alpacas, donkeys, chickens, ducks, geese and Flora the pig)
