The Askefield Project is based on a smallholding with sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, a goose called Wally, a donkey called Boris, a pony called Rory, mini donkeys (Dixie, Daisy and baby Annie), guinea pigs and Coco the cat. On one side of the site we have a large multi-purpose barn including a 5* rated kitchen, a toilet block with separate toilets, accessible toilet and shower and a log cabin which acts as a warm, indoor classroom, complete with large television with HDMI cable. Around the other side we have a 72ft polytunnel, an orchard, sensory garden with Japanese zen garden, a nature pond, a crew building with composting toilet and kitchen area and allotment beds. We also have animal paddocks, hay barn, feed store and separate hay field.
