Inspire your child to develop a greater understanding of Haiku poetry through this brilliant booklet developed by LEAF Education. This form of Japanese poetry made of short, unrhymed lines, evoke images of the natural environment. Remember when writing your own, the poem should have no more than 17 syllables divided into three lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables.
