Newbury and District Agricultural Society

The Society runs a calendar of events either visiting schools, inviting schools to events on the showground or running demonstrations and competitions at local venues, all aiming to educate children about the origins of food, how it is produced, and how everyone can benefit from heathily grown produce. Examples of in-school activities include Cookery School, British Sausage Week workshops, Farmhouse Breakfast Week workshops and Meet the (model) Animals.
