Sustainable Diets for UK adolescents

This lesson links the issues of GHG emissions to UK food and farming. It uses data from the WWFLivewell Plate Summary Report 2017 to demonstrate how adolescents' diets, including vegans, can be healthy and sustainable. Students consider which of these can be grown on UK farms, and design a 'fantasy farm' to demonstrate their understanding. SEE NOTES FOR TEACHERS UNDER SLIDES.
