Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) Adopt a School Trust

Adopt a School has devised a course (one session per term) to teach children about food, cookery, food provenance, food growing, healthy eating, nutrition, hygiene, table etiquette and the importance of eating together. Cooking facilities are not required. The taste and sensory session is the first lesson, followed by practical cookery and ideally some learning outside the classroom. Visits to farms, food producers and a professional kitchen are invaluable experiences.

Pricing

Food education and cooking sessions start from £321 for a class of 30 children (plus travel expenses). Considerable discounts available for multiple sessions in one day. Tailored quotation on request.
